The Gunther may be wiped down with a damp cloth after use. Do not immerse the board in water or use chemicals or abrasive pads to clean. Should the board become scratched then it can be lightly sanded and re-oiled with a food-grade tung oil.

The Gunther measures approximately 410mm in length, 350mm in width, and stands 50mm high (excluding handles).
